resistance. If the circuits test normal, replace the drive motor generator battery assembly.
7. Ignition OFF, disconnect the X2 and X3 drive motor generator power inverter module cables.
8. Test for infinite resistance between the terminals listed below and ground;
* B+ (300 V) X2
* Ground (300 V) X3
瀚慖f less than the specified value replace the high voltage cables.
9. Test for infinite resistance between the B+ (300 V) terminal X1 and the ground (300 V) terminal X2 cables.
瀚慖f less than the specified range replace the high voltage cables.
10. Disconnect the air conditioning control module terminal B+ (300 V) X4 and the ground (300 V) terminal X5.
11. Test for infinite resistance between the terminals listed below and ground:
* B+ (300 V) X4
* Ground (300 V) X5
瀚慖f less than the specified range, replace the air conditioning control module.
12. Test for greater than 50k ohm between the B+ (300 V) terminal X4 and the ground (300 V) terminal X5.
瀚慖f less than the specified range, test the circuits for a short between them. If the circuits test normal, replace the air conditioning control
module assembly.
13. If all circuits test normal, replace the drive motor generator power inverter module.

- Hybrid Battery Pack Voltage Variation High
Circuit/System Description
The system contains twenty battery modules. Each module contains two 7.2 V cells for a total nominal system voltage of 288 V. Each battery
module is rated at 14.4 V direct current (DC) and all the modules are connected together in series. The drive motor generator battery is also referred
to as the hybrid battery. The drive motor generator battery control module is also referred to as the battery energy control module (BECM). The
drive motor generator battery control module monitors the hybrid battery voltage on the twenty battery modules. The drive motor generator battery
control module determines the actual terminal voltage by monitoring the output voltage from the high voltage contactor.
The drive motor generator battery control module will diagnose its own systems and determine when a fault condition is present. Diagnostics and
