09 Ram misfire

'09 Ram 1500 5.7 RWD 220K miles, long story, engine began to have an occaisional hard misfire which became more frequent, threw code for MD solonoid reset fail. Replaced all MD solonoids, truck ran good however sometimes under a load, pulling a hill etc., will get another misfire. Now throws code for cyl. 3 misfire. 90% of the time the truck runs fine. Other things I've noted: if truck begins to have hard misfire I can shut off engine and restart and most times the misfire will be gone... 09 Ram misfire
