known problems with 04 Ram with 4.7

Hello Folks! I am loking at a '04 Ram 1500 with 103k on the clock. California truck clean and rust free. I saw posts on other sites about nightmare issues with this generation of vehicle and this particular engine. Ranging from differential problems, transmissions that were bad from the factory and engines that had coolant leaks, water pump issues, poor oil flow, broken manifold bolts.
