Hello i am new here and not sure if this is the area to post this but i've been having an issue with my 2009 Dodge Charger with 157000 miles on it. I bought it from auction it runs great however i noticed the headlights and cluster flicker when driving and at idle. I tested the battery with a multimeter and it reads 12V and with the car on it the meter reads 14v. Thoughts?
