Replacing the PCM

I purchased a refurbished PCM for my 2005 Ram 1500 5.7L HEMI and went to replace out the old one. For some reason, the previous owner of the truck glued in the connectors for two of the plugs and after prying off the plugs, the color-coded pin protectors broke off and are still glued into the PCM socket. Can I still use the wiring and try plugging in the new PCM or will I need to replace the wiring? If I need to replace the wiring, can someone point me in the right direction for that part?
