I've got a 1999 dodge 3500, with 5.9 Cummins. It's got 203,000 miles.
I just bought it, and regret it because of all the problems, but it's to late now.
anyways, according to the guy I bought it from it has a recent lift pump, and injection pump. Both look fairly recent, judging by how clean they are compared to everything around them.
it's getting about15lbs pressure at the filter housing, and fuel at the injectors when I cracked them while cycling the lift pump by bumping the starter...
