2000 durango 5.9 transmission issues

I just replaced all solenoids in my 46re trans hoping to fix the shift problem.. Didn't work. When cold and I start in first, it won't shift until 3k rpm. Then it will shift normally. When warm, even at 3k, I have to hit the gas and back off (sometimes more than once) for it to shift. Any ideas?
