Heater Not Working Properly

Got a weird one. When I put the tucks heater on and select the middle position for the hot to cold control, I don't get heat. If I turn it all the way up it works and I get a lot of heat. If I turn it back to the middle position where I normally would get a comfortable level of heat, it stays to hot and I have to turn it all the way down to almost cold. I ignored this for a few weeks, then the other day I just wanted it in the vent position for outside air, so I set it to blow out the top... Heater Not Working Properly
