Any Recommended Upgrades to a 2000 Dodge B3500 Van w/5.9 & 4.10 Rear Axle

Michigan guy -- I brought a Dodge Van up from New Mexico (former life it was a municipal handicap bus) and the water pump is failing and I'm going to need to go in to replace it. While this is my 4th Dodge van of this type, I've never bothered too much with considering longer term upgrades since I could always buy another for less than the repairs cost BUT that's just no longer the case since these are getting damn hard to find in any reasonable shape.
