Dodge Ram Van 1989 - installing cigarette lighter

Hey all, Do people still use this forum? I am very much not a mechanic but I've been a touring musician for many many years and you pick up on a few things while essentially living on the road. I recently bought a 1989 Dodge Ram van 350 with very low mileage with hopes of fixing the issues and having a road ready beast for when touring becomes a possibility again.
