Key fobs...

I need help... I lost my key fob, so had it replaced. Now have 2 fobs, but they were going through batteries in 3/4 days tops. Locksmith tried to recalibrate. Same thing a week later 2 fobs weren't working. Open door with the key. Alarm goes off... normally put in ignition, turn on and anti theft alarm goes off. Now it's not. Turn car on/off it remains blaring. Key fob buttons are now not working. Locksmith suggested that it is a computer issue? Not a clue what that means. Any fixes... Key fobs...
