I have a 96 dodge caravan. The previous owner told me the ac used to work good but it stopped and everytime they put a belt on and ran the ac the belt would squeal and eventually pop off. So I put Freon in it and it blew cold till I turned on the second circulation button and it squealed so loud it would deafen you So I took it to the shop ask them to figure out the problem. $179 later I get it back and it's fine.
