I've got a 2006 Durango 5.7 with no power going to the wiper motor. Codes B2304 and B2317 pop up interchangeably. Multi-function switch works fine, relays themselves are all good but I lose voltage between the horn relay and at the wiper high/low connection. Tried rigging up a connection between the two just to blow fuse 16. Assuming its an issue with the TIPM or FCM but looking to troubleshoot before replacing those.
