Help! 2005 Ram 3500 Overheating

I'm in a bit of bind, any help would be appreciated. 2005 Ram 3500, 2WD, 5.7L Hemi, ~180,000 miles. I just pulled my horse trailer about 120 miles to a show with no issues. Dropped the trailer and went down the street about a mile an a half. One the way back to the fairgrounds, the 'Check Gauges' tone sounded (something I've never heard before). Looked down and the temperature dial was almost pegged. Made it back to my spot just as the temp gauge hit the limit. Popped the hood and... Help! 2005 Ram 3500 Overheating
