Over Heating

Hello everyone, I have a 1997 Dodge Dakota with a 5.2 engine. Um, when I'm running the a/c, as long as I'm driving, the temperature is fine but when I stop and the engine is idling, the temperature gauge begins moving toward the red zone. When I start driving again, the gauge moves back to the normal range. When I turn on the heater to draw some of the heat away from the engine the temperature gauge returns to the normal zone more quickly. I checked the coolant level and it was fine. The... Over Heating
