P0175 and p0172 codes Possible bad pcm??

hello yall and thank you for allowing me to trouble you all with an issue I've been battling for a while. Recently rebuilt my 04 rams 4.7 v8 new engine tech pistons, new skd crank, all new injectors also had valve seats redone, new complete timing kit. Once it all was back together slapped in and it ran great but all of a sudden I've developed a p0175 and p0172 code. So I've replaced all 4 sensors twice and not with bosh, with Mopar product and ot still idles rough and acts funny. Steps I... P0175 and p0172 codes Possible bad pcm??
