How many miles before I am looking at a rebuild?

Hello all, I have a 2007 Ram 1500 St with 4.7L flex fuel. I've own this truck since it had 37k. Currently it has 243k miles. I drive 160 miles per day on her for work. I don't haul anything heavy but I can tell my trans is getting weak. I've heard of guys getting 300k but they usually are driving Cummins and not a 4.7L. I change my oil and I use synthetic 10w30. I know this engine requires 5w20 but my theory was full size Ram needed better lubrication. I have no blow by or oil usage. What's... How many miles before I am looking at a rebuild?
