rack and pinion on a 3500 5 speed w/v10

Hey guys, I'm considering some options for my '96 Ram 3500 dually 5 speed tranny w/ V10. 1) changing gearing in front and rear diffs, 4.11 for 3.73 2) leaving the 4.11 and installing a gear bender 3) going to 3.73 and installing a gear bender I would appreciate any feedback you can give me. Thanks
