4.7l Cam and crank sensor issues.

Quick story time, Last winter we had the head gaskets go after an overheat, Replaced the head gaskets, Lifters, Rockers, Valve seals, tensioners/guides, and chains replaced, Currently at 297k miles. The issue is that now I'm getting a p0016 code along with a p0344 and they do come back after a code clear, the 344/340 code has been there for a while replaced the cam sensor 2 times, and no change and know it's related to the TSB for software on the PCM just don't want to go to the dealer... 4.7l Cam and crank sensor issues.
