1997 Ram 1500 5.2 misfire, rough idle

I've been putting together a 97 Ram for a guy I know.. The truck sat for roughly 6 years..Truck didn't run, traced it to a bad PCM, replaced that with one from FlagshipOne, spark plug wires were chewed so we replaced those along with cap,rotor and plugs (all cheapo parts store) finally got it running well and heard it sucking air from the lower intake, replaced the intake gasket along with the plenum gasket (didn't know at the time it was common and should be upgraded the the Hughes unit) ... 1997 Ram 1500 5.2 misfire, rough idle
