Anti-theft 02 dodge 1500 slt

Hi So I have an 02 1500 it's a rebuilt title under the anti-theft, my truck starts and runs not sure if there is an after market alarm system. My door lock fuse was blow so I replaced it, drove it to work the next day locked it came back to go to lunch and unlocked it with the key because the key fob doesn't work, alarm wen off I put the key in the Ignition and started it but didn't do anything to it. Can any one help me out here? I've tried locking it and unlocking it pulled the negative... Anti-theft 02 dodge 1500 slt
