AUTO SHUT DOWN RELAY

I have a 1991 Dodge b250 with the 318 engine. When I bought the van about 8 years ago, I saw that a relay harness , grey in colour had no relay attached. There was a single red wire going into it where pin 30 should go. The attached image shows the layout. I am trying to find out which relay is the auto shut down.
