91 W150 - Bleed new calipers - still no brakes?????? Help

It's been a while since I posted. I used to have an 09 hemi that I loved but had to get rid of it. I bought my dads 91 W150 2 yrs ago. I just had a caliper hang up on me. So I bought pads rotors and calipers. I just did the job (minus the rotors b/c they were fine). I only drive it maybe 500-700 miles a year. I bleed the brakes and the pedal goes to the floor. I bet I pumped about 25 times on each side. Still no breaks and now the brake warning light comes on once and a while in that... 91 W150 - Bleed new calipers - still no brakes?????? Help
