2012 Grand Caravan Mystery Issue

Hello all! So I've got a 2012 Grand Caravan SXT and honestly since I bought it I've had a very unique issue with it. When traveling at normal speeds as I'm coming to stops there's a sort of shudder as I'm coming to a stop. It's not like a brake shudder, it's almost like it doesn't want to idle down properly. I've done all sorts of things to try to chase it down.
