Hi, I have a 2011 dodge grand caravan express that has a ton of no starts and a clunk from the starter when trying to start the engine. Ongoing for way too long . Replaced the tipm, dealership won't replace any parts because when I bring it to them it doesn't act up. Really need some help here .
