Engine vibration that is intermittent

My 2003 4.7 Dakota has an engine vibration that is intermittent. For the most part, when the truck is cold it does not vibrate and once it warms up it starts. If I drive for a while, especially once I get up to 45 - 55 mph the vibration stops. It vibrates sitting still and moving. I have replaced the water pump and fan clutch and I pulled the fuse for the electric fan with no success. It does not matter if the AC is on or off as to whether it vibrates or not.
