I have a 2008 Grand Caravan with 132k miles on it. When I changed the plugs and coils at 100k I noticed the coil pack connector plugs seemed to be soft and breaking down. Since that time I have had 2 different cylinder misfires and have had to replace the plug connectors because they just fell apart. I don't know what to do as I have never seen this before. The plastic that makes the plug just turned to powder and fiber, and I think normal vibration just started making the intermittent...
