Engine swap

I have a 09 Dakota that I totaled it has 3.7 in it.i bought a 05 Dakota to put the 09 motor and transmission in.the motor in the 05 was no good Soni am making a full swap.after I got the motor in I noticed the throttle bodies are different the 05 has a cable for the throttle and the 09 is electronic throttle.My question is can I just swap the throttle bodies or do I swap throttle body and intake.Both the motors have K for the 8th digit in the vin#..i started to change the harnesses under the...
