2010 Dodge Dakota Modification Questions

Hey guys, I recently got a 2010 Dodge Dakota 3.7L Big Horn and I saw a picture of one that was modded and I wanted mine to look similar. I will add the photo to this at the end. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find the front bumper that the picture down below has. I love it and would love to have it on my Dakota.

1978 W150 Project Truck

Helping my son get his 1978 pick up running. We have replaced the battery, spark plugs and wires, oil change, coolant, fuel, fuel filter, fuel pump, carb rebuild. Engine cranks but will not start. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Decreasing AC/Vent air flow.

I have a 94 Ram/Diesel/Stick/4wd that has an airflow problem. When I first turn the A/C on, it seems to work ok and puts out cold air (I just added Freon) but as I am driving, the air out of the vents gets less and less (but still cold air) until the airflow is barely noticeable but the blower still seems to be working. Any ideas??

Dana 10006350 Nut Size

I'm trying to find the pinion nut size for the Dana 10006350. I'm hoping someone here can help because I've run out of options. I even contacted Dana Tech support line and they couldn't figure it out. It's supposed to be a gold nut as shown on Rock Auto but I can't find where to purchase the nut alone. Thanks

New to the forum ... but not the Caravan!

Howdy all, We started with our first Caravan in 1989. Our main family vehicle has been a Caravan ever since. Our current one is the 2019 Grand Caravan we bought used. We broke tradition last year when we thought an SUV would work for our needs but just couldn't do without the stow and go seating and 2nd row captains chair arrangement. I found the forum when googling how to update the 430N RHB Garmin navigation maps in my radio head unit. If anyone has a good thread they can point me... New to the forum ... but not the Caravan!

06 QC driver seat track

Hello all, My driver seat wont move forward or back. I took the seat out and checked the motor and its fine. I found that the left track is the problem. the little silver gear is not moving. Is it possible to replace this gear or just the one side of the track? It is possible to remove the gear with the two pins holding it to the track but I couldn't get the track off the part of the bracket that holds it to the floor. Hoping someone has done this before. Thanks Dave

1990 dodge w150 318, no spark or fuel

Was driving the other day and it just shut off, pulled over to try and start it and nothing, I don't have spark and I don't have fuel through tbi, I don't have spark to coil and the throttle adjustment thing that usually moves when you turn the key on is no longer moving. What could be causing all this.

I was looking at the identification numbers of my carb because I was thinking of buying a re-manufactured replacement (i suspect mine has a warped air horn). My truck is a 1987 dodge d350. The carb numbers are 17087245. All the numbers check out as far as being the right carb for my truck except the last number 5 which identifies it as being for a standard transmission. Dodge B250 - Mice problems....need help

Hi Everyone, So my 88 B250 conversion van keeps getting mice inside. I've sealed the drivers footwell vent and I can't see where else they are getting in. Door seals look good. I've put a mesh grill on the windshield washer area vents but the could easily get in there from the engine bay/hood hinges. Not sure if they can get inside the van from there? Has anyone had this issue and know what other spots I can try and seal off? Thanks

W150 tbi to magnam swap

I read a bit on this but decided I probably best to just ask most I read are 318 to 360 swap I have a 1989 w150 TBI with junk TBI want to fix up I can have for free a 1992 dodge Dakota 318 that runs trans is junk I would like to stick with my stock trans but want to step up to magnam to keep efi what kind of nightmare am I going to have swapping I know fuel tank wire harness etc will have to be swap I'm more look at mounting and electric issues I would love to talk to someone that actually... Need to Track Down a NLA Part - 52105214AF

I'm looking for the transfer case shifter "floor pivot," 52105214AF. It connects the Transfer Case Shifter rod to the T-Case Shifter Linkage. It's the part that bolts to the floor of the cab. The metal ear on mine sheared right in half. Any Ideas? I'm in AK so availability of parts is scarce.

D100 won’t get over 50

Sway bar Link Assembly

I have a 1985 Dodge D150 Fleetside that I'm in need of one front sway bar link assembly. This mounts to the front strut and then the sway bar end link attaches to it. Anyone out there able to provide one or know where I might locate one? The threaded rod on one of mine has been busted so I'm unable to install new bushings. Thanks for any help.

Hiya folks-- I have a 2005 Ram 1500 that came equipped with a 4 flat connector only. I installed a 4 flat to 7 pin adapter. I also installed a brake controller (via a wiring adapter) to the blue plug under the dash. My fuse panel has both a 40 amp fuse for electric brake, and a 20 amp fuse for a trailer battery. I keep reading these posts that say that I need to install a circuit breaker. Please forgive my ignorance, but if I have a dedicated fuse, do I still need a circuit breaker... 4 flat to 7 pin

Muffler recommendations

I own a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Bighorn with the 5.7L Hemi, i'm wanting to upgrade my exhaust to put out a much beefier sound much like a Scat-Pack on a cold start, any recommendations on what type of muffler to get and or should i do a resonator delete along with it? I've been looking into the Super 44 Flowmasters but all the videos i see apparently dont do it justice cause it sounds quiet to me but everyone says it's extremely loud....

Misfire

I have a 99 ram 1500 5.2l and it is showing misfire codes. It also has a bad rattle from the front of the transmission. I put new spark plugs and plug wires in and the distributor cap and rotor look good. I am starting to get stumped on this and don't know what it could be. Any ideas?

Hi everyone, I have had my transmission checked at a dodge dealership and they told me that I need to change the valve body as the temperature was indicating-19C on a beautiful sting day after 45 minutes of driving. 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 4WD 6.7 Diesel

My 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 4WD has suddenly flashed on dash to service 4WD now. It happens when I'm turning really sharp and then it suddenly feels like the wheel is dragging or won't turn for a second? I did get a code that said C1015 - Right front wheel speed sensor circuit. Any ideas what could be going on?

My 2011 Ram 3500 4WD Shifting Issues

My 2011 4WD 3500 Dodge Ram 6.7 Diesel just started having transmission/shifting issues. When I take off it doesn't want to shift into 2nd gear and when it does it shifts really hard. Also, it won't shift into overdrive when I'm driving on freeway all the sudden. Any ideas? I'm praying it's just sensor or something smaller and not needing a whole new transmission. A/C on 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 4WD 6.7 Diesel

My A/C won't work unless you remember to turn the climate control knobs to off before you turn the truck off. If you don't turn it off then I have to pop the dash off and Unplug and replug the plugs on the back of the climate control module to make it work again. What is causing this?

Aftermarket speaker install.

I tried installing aftermarket 6x9s in the doors and there was a plug that had 4 wires in it red green grey black I believe I was told to cut the plug of the speaker and the red and green are positive and grey and black negative. I cut and spliced the wires pos to pos negative to negative and put the wires on the after market speaker plugged it in to the wire harness in the door on both sides turned key on and nothing. Did I do something wrong? Was I told wrong? Please help thanks in advance.

2015 Durango Delayed Start but Only Sometimes...

2015 Dodge Durango, V6, 120,000 miles. Approximately one of out eight times it starts, it takes 1-2 seconds to start. Rest of the time starts up normally. Can happen when vehicle is cold or warm. Not consistent. Got new battery about 20000 miles ago, new plugs about 30000 miles ago, recently cleaned throttle body, and recently added fuel injector cleaner. Service engine light is not active. Any idea on what to look at next?

4 Note Horn install - Stock (2 wire 2 horn) conversion to (1 wire 4 horn)

I need help converting my existing 2 horn 2 wire setup to a 4 horn 1 wire using the stock steering wheel push trigger. I thought this would be an easy install due to everything I've seen but have now tried every existing wiring method I can find online to no avail. I am now pulling out what little hair I have after hours of research, trial and error. My stock 2nd Gen 2007 Dodge Durango SXT came with two horns with two wires going to each (positive and ground). The horns I want installed... 4 Note Horn install - Stock (2 wire 2 horn) conversion to (1 wire 4 horn)

What material to use to make replacement threshold pads on a B-series van?

As most of you are probably aware, the front and rear rubber threshold pads ("stepwell scuff plate pads"; part nos. 3734042 & 3734039) for B-vans have been NLA for years and no one has reproduced them, to my knowledge. I would like to have an upholstery shop make replacement threshold pads. What kind of material do you think I should use? Thanks a lot.

1995 DAKOTA 3.9 FUEL PUMP ELECTRICAL CONNECTORS HELP

Greetings Dodge Truckers, I have an issue with the replacement fuel pump electrical connectors that are provided with the replacement fuel pump. From a lack of a better definition for the electrical connectors I can only describe it as a plastic "elbow". There are 2 wiring harnesses that plug into this elbow, 1 from the engine side which is outside the tank, and the other one is from the pump that connects to the other side from inside the tank.
